These are the terms that govern your use of our playbook platform. When you create an account on playbook, deposit funds, place wagers on Liga 1, Piala AFF, or other sports markets, access our live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), or play slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), you agree to these terms. Our playbook terms cover account eligibility, deposit and withdrawal procedures, game rules, dispute resolution, and the jurisdiction constraints that apply to our service.

Our playbook performs identity verification within 1–2 business days. Accounts with incomplete or fraudulent information are suspended and may be permanently closed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playbook login credentials. We at playbook will not ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately through your playbook account settings. Any activity on your account is your responsibility once you have logged in.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a playbook account if we detect fraud, money-laundering patterns, or violation of these terms. Our playbook will notify you of termination and explain the reason where permitted by law.
Deposits and withdrawals on playbook
Our playbook accepts deposits through nine payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfer via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Deposit processing times vary: e-wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) settle within minutes; mobile banking and local payment typically within 2–4 hours; bank transfers within one business day. Our playbook does not charge deposit fees; your chosen payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals from your playbook account are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. We process withdrawal requests within our standard settlement window; the payment operator then credits your account. E-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 1–2 hours; bank transfers settle within one business day. We at playbook do not charge withdrawal fees.
Before your first withdrawal, our playbook requires account verification (proof of identity and address). This compliance step protects both our platform and your account. Verification takes 1–2 business days. During peak periods (around Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi), processing may take slightly longer due to reduced banking hours.

Slot games settle immediately. When you spin and the result is determined, your playbook balance updates instantly. Dream Number and Ikan Jackpot draws settle when the draw occurs; results are logged in your playbook account archive.
Account suspension and dispute resolution on playbook
If we at playbook detect suspicious activity — unusual bet patterns, rapid deposits and withdrawals, or multiple account registrations from the same identity — we may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. We will notify you of the suspension and explain the reason. Investigation typically takes 3–5 business days. If no violation is found, we restore full access. To file a dispute on our playbook, contact support through your account settings with details of the transaction date, game, wager amount, and your concern. We investigate disputes within two business days and respond with our findings and any corrective action. Our playbook dispute resolution is final unless local law provides for external arbitration.

Our playbook services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer access in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Users accessing our playbook from such jurisdictions do so at their own legal risk; we undertake no liability for illegal access.

We at playbook reserve the right to terminate your account, suspend your access, or close our service with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, we will return any remaining balance in your playbook account via your preferred withdrawal method.
