Understanding MSC Studio Layout and Camera Work
Our MSC studios employ multiple fixed cameras positioned around each table. One wide shot captures the full layout; close-ups focus on the dealer's hands, card reveals, and the ball spin on roulette. You switch between these views using the playbook app's camera-select buttons — no delay, no loading between angles.
The dealer sits opposite the player-side camera. Chips, cards, and betting zones are arranged in the standard format: your betting area on the near side of the table, the dealer's work area at the far end. Chat overlays let you type messages to the dealer and other players, though audio is the primary communication method.
Game rounds are continuous. After each hand or spin, the dealer announces the result, settles bets on-screen, and resets the table within seconds. Our playbook keeps up with this pace: your app updates your balance instantly, shows the settlement in real time, and is ready for the next round before most dealers even clear the felt.

Game Rules and Betting Mechanics on playbook MSC
Blackjack on our MSC tables follows standard rules: dealer hits on 16, stands on 17 and above, and you can split pairs, double down, or take insurance. The playbook app shows your hand total in large text; buttons for hit, stand, split, and double appear as soon as your turn begins. Card values are international standard: face cards are ten, aces count as one or eleven depending on your hand.
Roulette is European format — 37 pockets, 0 through 36 — with standard inside and outside bets. Red / black, odd / even, column bets, and individual numbers are all clickable on the betting grid in our playbook interface. Once you place your chips, the dealer spins. The ball's journey is visible on all camera angles; most players watch the wide shot for the full spin and switch to close-up as the ball decelerates.
Baccarat on playbook MSC is straightforward: you bet Banker, Player, or Tie. The dealer draws cards according to fixed rules — no player choice — and announces the result. Our app highlights the winner immediately and shows the payout. Dragon Tiger is the fastest format: one card each, highest card wins. Rounds complete in under ten seconds.
Mobile App Performance and Data Usage
Our playbook app adapts its video bitrate based on your connection speed. On a standard 4G connection, the MSC feed runs at 2–4 Mbps. On slower networks, we drop to 1 Mbps without visible quality loss — the dealer's face and the cards remain clear, but background detail softens slightly. We do not throttle audio; you always hear the dealer and game sounds at full quality.
App loading is instant on iOS and Android. Tap the MSC section from the playbook home screen, select a table, and the video window opens within one to three seconds. The video buffer fills silently in the background; you see a brief loading spinner, then the dealer comes into focus. No app restart is needed when you switch tables — just tap another game, and the previous connection closes automatically.
Payment deposit and withdrawal flow is identical on both operating systems. You choose your payment method — e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking — and the playbook app handles encryption and verification. This keeps your session uninterrupted: fund your account, return to a table, and resume within seconds.
Live-casino play on mobile used to mean lag and buffering. Our playbook MSC experience removes that friction — tables load faster than desktop browsers, and your bets settle instantly.
Deposit and Withdrawal on playbook MSC
Funding your playbook account for MSC tables uses the same payment rails we offer for sportsbook and slots. You can deposit via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment — all processed through the app without redirecting to a browser. Choose your amount, confirm, and the balance updates instantly. Bank transfers to e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment accounts require an extra verification step but have no fees on our side.
Withdrawals follow the same path in reverse. Select a payment method you have already used for deposit, request your withdrawal amount, and our playbook team processes it within standard business-window timeframes. Bank transfers typically settle within one business day during weekday hours. e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment withdrawals often complete faster, though public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi may introduce delays.
Player Limits and Session Management
Our playbook MSC tables operate with table limits — minimum and maximum bet amounts — displayed at each game. Table-limit ranges vary: a low-stakes blackjack table might run 10k–500k IDR per hand, while a premium roulette table could span 50k–5M IDR per spin. You choose a table that fits your budget and play within its posted limits.
Session duration is not artificially capped. You may play continuously as long as you wish; the playbook app will not disconnect you for inactivity during an active game. However, if you step away and return after several minutes without betting, the app may prompt you to reconnect — this is standard for live streams to preserve server resources.
Your account balance is always visible at the top of the playbook MSC interface. Remaining funds update in real time after every hand or spin. If your balance falls below a table's minimum bet, you cannot place new wagers — simply make a deposit to continue play.
Responsible Account Usage
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer playbook MSC tables in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that their access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law.
The playbook app operates continuously, and live MSC tables are available during studio hours. We do not promise 24/7 availability; dealer schedules vary, and maintenance windows occur. Check our Draw Schedule page for expected table hours and any scheduled downtime.
